VMware Lab Platform provides various support and help options to help you navigate through the user interface or troubleshoot any issue with the lab or the user interface.

Procedure

  • To display the Help options, click the Help icon icon:

    Live Chat

    If enabled by your organization administrator, Live Chat opens a window that you can use to chat with the support staff.

    Raise Hand

    To activate a help request for you and alerts the class instructor that you need help, click Raise Hand. For more information about requesting help in instructor-led labs, see the Taking an instructor-led lab in VMware Lab Platform.

    Support Options

    Displays an email address for support requests and a support phone number.

    Tips

    Displays tips about using the lab console.
