You can set criteria for lab completion from the Update Settings form for labs.


  1. Select Lab Management > Labs.
  2. Click the vertical ellipses next to the name of the lab you are working with and select Update from the drop-down menu.
  3. On the Update lab form, click Update Settings.
  4. Specify the completion criteria for the lab.
    • Minimum time spent for lab to be completed. You can specify days, hours, and minutes.

    • Percentage of steps visited for the lab to be completed. The percentage is based on the total number of steps in the lab manual.

  5. Click Update lab.

What to do next

A tenant administrator must enable the tenant setting Disable End button until completion criteria (Minimum Time Spent and Percentage Steps Visited) is met.
