If you delete or change the OAuth apps used to give VMware Live Cyber Recovery access to VMware Cloud Services, you can reauthorize that access.

VMware Live Cyber Recovery leverages an OAuth 2.0 apps to communicate with VMware Cloud Services backend services.

If someone modifies or deletes these apps, you need to reauthorize access, or you cannot fully use VMware Live Cyber Recovery.

Prerequisites

You must be an Organization Owner to perform this task.

Procedure

  1. Log in to VMware Cloud Services using your VMware account at https://console.cloud.vmware.com.
  2. Select Services and then click the 'Launch Service' link for the VMware Live Recovery tile.
  3. From the left navigation, select Settings > Cyber Recovery Settings.
  4. On the Cyber Recovery Settings page, under VMware Cloud Services click Reauthorize Access to VMware Cloud Services.
  5. In the Reauthorize access to VMware Cloud Services dialog box, select the checkbox to authorize access for VMware Live Cyber Recovery.
  6. Under VMware Cloud on AWS, click Reauthorize VMware Cloud on AWS.
