This section lists step-by-step instructions to self-register using the customer portal.
Navigate to the home page and click Support. This guides you to the VMware Customer Connectportal. Click Register to navigate to the Login Information page.
Fill in the required details in the Login Information page.
Fill out the mandatory fields and click REGISTER.
Upon submission of the form, an activation email is sent to the provided email address.
Type the Authentication Code received in the email, in the space provided.
If activation is successful, you are redirected to the Profile Activated page and subsequently to the vmware Customer Connect login page as shown below.
Login using the registered email id and password to access the VMware Customer Connect portal.
