Rule Configuration through the NSX Advanced Load Balancer UI

This section explains the rule configuration using NSX Advanced Load Balancer UI.

Procedure

1. Edit the DNS virtual service for which policy rules are to apply. Navigate to Policies > DNS Policy. Click + button.
   
   
2. NSX Advanced Load Balancer displays Rule 1 as default, which can be changed accordingly.
   
   
   
3. Select a relevant match from the Matches drop-down menu.
   
   
4. Select a relevant action from the Actions drop-down menu.
   
   
5. After selecting all the relevant options/parameters, click Submit button.
