The option to include or exclude a host or a cluster is available in the Service Engine group page in the NSX Advanced Load Balancer user interface.
To edit an SE group, navigate to Host & Data Store Scope section, click the Advanced tab and click Cluster or Host for the Host Scope Service Engine within field.
. Click the edit icon for the SE group to be edited. Under theCurrently, we can perform the include or exclude action for either a cluster or host for any SE group, but not at the same from the NSX Advanced Load Balancer UI. The command line interface (CLI) can be used to include this operation on the cluster and the host at the same time for an SE group.
Configuration from CLI
In the following example, we are performing changes for the Service Engine group Default-Group. The configure serviceenginegroup command is used to change the association of a cluster or a host with an SE group for a vCenter cloud.
