Prerequisites for Creating the NSX-T Cloud

The NSX Advanced Load Balancer SE management interface must be connected to a logical segment. The management-logical segment needs connectivity to be able to reach the NSX Advanced Load Balancer controller management IP. It is recommended to have a dedicated tier-1 gateway and segment for NSX Advanced Load Balancer SE management for NSX-T Overlay Transport Zone/Segments deployments, providing no bottlenecks for the managment network connectivity between NSX Advanced Load Balancer Controller and Service Engines.

For the NSX-T Overlay Transport Zone/Segments deployment, before creating the NSX-T cloud in the NSX Advanced Load Balancer Controller, create the following SE dedicated management Tier-1 gateway and a management segment in NSX-T manager:
