This guide describes how to activate and administer the VMware NSX® Network Detection and Response™ feature that is available after the VMware NSX® Application Platform is deployed successfully. The feature is available beginning with VMware NSX-T Data Center™ 3.2 and VMware NSX® Intelligence™ 3.2.
This guide is intended for network security administrators. A familiarity with the administration of VMware NSX-T Data Center™ and some familiarity with Kubernetes are assumed.

You must first deploy the VMware NSX® Application Platform before you can activate the NSX Network Detection and Response feature.
