If the NSX Intelligence feature becomes unresponsive, check the status of the NSX Application Platform services.


The NSX Intelligence feature has become unresponsive or you received an error message that indicates the application is not functioning as expected.


It is possible that one or more of the underlying NSX Application Platform services has stopped or is not in a healthy state. The NSX Intelligence feature is hosted on the NSX Application Platform and so if any of the platform's services is not in a healthy state, the NSX Intelligence feature can be affected.


Check the NSX Intelligence status using the health API call. Check the for services under the intelligence key in the JSON output.
