If you are using the NonVisual Desktop Access (NVDA) accessibility screen reader, you cannot use the Security Intelligence keyboard hotkeys.

Problem

When you access the NSX Manager UI from a Microsoft Windows system with the NVDA accessibility screen reader activated in the default Browse mode, you cannot interact with the UI components on the Security Intelligence visualization canvas using the keyboard hotkeys.

Cause

The NVDA tool is working as designed with the Browse mode activated by default. However, navigating the Security Intelligence visualization canvas requires more than the usual keyboard hotkeys that are activated in the NVDA Browse mode.

Solution

Switch to the Focus mode by pressing the assigned NVDA key + Spacebar to activate the interactivity with the keyboard. However, if you have mouse control, the keyboard interactions work as expected without any changes.
