Apply the nsx.network tag to VMs that you want to manage using NSX-T Data Center.
The VPC or VNet where the workload VMs are hosted, must be onboarded with NSX Cloud. See Adding your Public Cloud Inventory in the NSX-T Data Center Installation Guide for details.
- Log in to your public cloud account and go to your VPC or VNet that has been onboarded with NSX Cloud.
- Select the VMs that you want to manage using NSX-T Data Center.
- Add the following tag details for the VMs and save your changes.
Name: nsx.network Value: defaultNote: You can apply this tag either at the VM level or the interface level with the same effect.
