You can create a MAC management switching profile to manage MAC addresses.
Prerequisites

Familiarize yourself with the MAC management switching profile concept. See Understanding MAC Management Switching Profile.

Verify that Manager mode is selected in the NSX Manager user interface. See NSX Manager. If you do not see the Policy and Manager mode buttons, see Configure User Interface Settings.
Procedure
- From your browser, log in with admin privileges to an NSX Manager at https://<nsx-manager-ip-address>.
- Select .
- Select MAC Management and complete the MAC management profile details.
Option Description Name and Description Assign a name to the MAC management profile.
You can optionally describe the setting that you modified in the profile.
MAC Change Enable or disable the MAC address change feature. The default is disabled. Status Enable or disable the MAC learning feature. The default is disabled. Unknown Unicast Flooding Enable or disable the unknown unicast flooding feature. The default is enabled. This option is available if you enable MAC learning MAC Limit Set the maximum number of MAC addresses. The default is 4096. This option is available if you enable MAC learning MAC Limit Policy Select Allow or Drop. The default is Allow. This option is available if you enable MAC learning - Click Add.
