You can use VMware Site Recovery Manager with NSX-T Data Center Multisite environments.

NSX-T Data Center Multisite supports the following Site Recovery Manager workflows:
  • NSX-T Data Center Management VMs:
    • Full recovery and test recovery of management VMs with:
      • NSX-T Data Center Management VMs configured with a VIP.
      • NSX-T Data Center Management VMs configured without a VIP.
  • Compute VMs:
    • Full recovery and test recovery of compute VMs.
      • Recovered VMs in the disaster recovery location:
        • Have the same IP connected to the same network stretched by NSX-T Multisite.
        • Have the same vCenter name plus NSX VM tags, belong to the same dynamic security groups, and receive the same firewall rules.
