Resolved Issues

  • Issue 2900104: After upgrading to NCP 3.2, rules for new or updated Ingress resources are not matched correctly

After upgrading to NCP 3.2.0, 3.2.0.1, or 3.2.0.2, rules for new or updated Ingress resources are not matched correctly. As a result, traffic is directed to the incorrect endpoint and applications become unavailable. This happens when rules for a domain and one or more of its subdomains are configured, for example, yyy.xxx and zzz.yyy.xxx. This issue is not found in 3.1.x releases.

Workaround: For NCP 3.2.0, 3.2.0.1 and 3.2.0.2, for new Ingresses, put the longer FQDN (for example, api.example.com) before the shorter FQDN (example.com).

  • Issue 2861523: NCP stops processing some resources

In some situations, packets for CAPI requests or responses are dropped. This prevents NCP from processing new application instances or some TAS resources such as ASG updates. This issue affects all NCP 3.0.x releases, NCP 3.1.x up to 3.1.2.5, and NCP 3.2.x up to 3.2.0.2.

Workaround: For any version prior to NCP 3.1.2.6, restart NCP.
