You can import a signed CA certificate to become an interim CA for your company. After you import the certificate, you have the authority to sign your own certificates.
Verify that a CA certificate is available.
- From your browser, log in to an NSX Manager at https://nsx-manager-ip-address.
- Select from the navigation panel.
- Click Import on the Certificates tab.
- Select Import CA Certificate from the drop-down menu and add the certificate details.
Assign a name to the CA certificate.
Browse to the CA certificate file on your computer and add the file.
Enter a summary of what is included in this CA certificate.
- Click Save.
You can now sign your own certificates.
