If you are running an existing NSX Application Platform Automation Appliance version, you must use the CLI to unregister the previous version and delete that appliance.

Note:

The NSX Application Platform Automation Appliance 0.3.2 is deprecated.

To avoid errors, unregister the NSX Application Platform Automation Appliance plug-in UI from the NSX Manager before using the current NSX Application Platform Automation Appliance.

Prerequisites

Verify your NSX Application Platform Automation Appliance version.

Procedure

  1. Log in as root to the previous NSX Application Platform Automation Appliance version.
  2. Navigate to the /opt/napp directory.
  3. Unregister the plug-in UI on NSX Manager.
    ./napp-automation unregister

    The location entry in the NSX Manager nginx proxy configuration file is removed.

  4. If the NSX Application Platform Automation Appliance 0.3.2 version was deleted, reinstall it, use the CLI to unregister it, and delete that appliance.
