  • Server Node 3
  • Load balancer node

Prerequisites

  • Ensure that all the nodes are up and running.
  • Host the VMware Pulse IoT Center 2.0.1 upgrade ISO in an external repository server and note its URL.

Procedure

  1. Ssh to a load balancer node.
  2. Stop the load balancer server from accepting any incoming connections. Run the following command:

  6. Ssh to a load balancer node.
  7. Verify the load balancer server status. Run the following command:
    systemctl status haproxy.service
  8. (Optional) Start the load balancer server to accept any incoming connections. Run the following command:
    systemctl start haproxy.service
    Note:

Run the preceding command only if the load balancer is not already started.
