This section explains the provisioning of user account access for SDA management.

For Enterprise customer, MSP, and Operator accounts, the following pre-defined roles have been mapped to administrative and read-only access for SD-Access management.

To assign a user account to a role capable of managing the SDA application, perform the following steps.
  1. In the SD-WAN Client portal, select Administration menu.
  2. Click User Management from the Administration pane on the left-hand side of the Orchestrator.
  3. For an existing user:
    1. Click Username tab.
    2. Select the User Role configuration page.
    3. Assign the user to one of the Roles mentioned above based on your account type.
    4. Click Save Changes.
  4. For new users:
    1. Click on + New User tab.
    2. Fill out General Information click Next.
    3. On the Role section, assign the user to one of the Roles mentioned above and click Next.
    4. Set desired SD-WAN Edge Access Privileges and click Add User.
