After integrating Telegraf to an SD-WAN Gateway, you can collect the counters from the configured Input and export the data to the Output plugin.

STABLE state indicates that the tunnel is established between edge and gateway and the tunnel is stable.

To find the percentage of stable tunnels, multiply the number of stable tunnels by 100 and then divide that value by total number of tunnels.
