Prefix Delegation tags are defined to connect the LAN and WAN interfaces. The LAN interfaces can receive the prefixes from the associated WAN interface only if they share a common tag.
You can define Prefix Delegation tags by performing the following steps:
Procedure
- In the SD-WAN service of the Enterprise portal, go to , and then under Network Management area, expand Prefix Delegation Tags.
- To configure a Prefix Delegation tag, click New or New Prefix Delegation Tag option.
Note: The
New Prefix Delegation Tag option appears only when there are no items in the table.
- The following dialog is displayed:
- Enter a unique name for the Prefix Delegation tag.
- Click Save Changes.
The new Prefix Delegation tag appears in the table.
- The following are the other options available in the Prefix Delegation Tags area:

Select an item and click this option to delete it.
Note:
- Only Prefix Delegation tags that are not used by an Edge device can be deleted.
- Clicking this option opens another dialog where you must specify the number of items selected for deletion, and then click Delete.

Click and select the columns to be displayed or hidden on the page. |
Note: You can also access the
New and
Delete options by clicking the vertical ellipsis next to the item name in the table.
