The SASE Orchestrator Diagnostics bundle is a collection of diagnostic information that is required for Support and Engineering to troubleshoot the SASE Orchestrator. For Orchestrator on-prem installation, Operators can collect the SASE Orchestrator Diagnostic bundle from the Orchestrator UI and provide it to the VMware Support team for offline analysis and troubleshooting.
SASE Orchestrator Diagnostics includes the following two diagnostic bundles:
- Diagnostic Bundles Tab: Request and download a diagnostic bundle.
- Database Statistics Tab: Provides a read-only access view of some of the information from a diagnostic bundle.
