The Service Broker provides a catalog of items are made available to you by your cloud administrator. As a Dev Ops consumer, you request the items from the catalog. Service Broker works with Cloud Assembly to ensure that the applications or workloads are deployed to the cloud regions or datastores that match the catalog item requirements.

The number of catalog items that are available to you depend on the projects that you are entitled to. If the catalog is extensive, you have a couple of options for locating particular catalog items.

Service Catalog Search and Filter Options

To locate a particular catalog item, you can use the following features.

  1. Open the filter pane and refine your search.

  2. Enter a keyword search.

  3. Arrange the list by sorting.
