You can mute a finding to move it from the primary Findings view to the Muted Findings view. Mute a finding if you want to delay the remediation of the finding.

Muted findings are no longer displayed within Findings and now appear within Muted Findings. Muting findings allows you to focus on the findings that need remediation.


  1. Select the checkbox for the finding that you want to Mute. You can Mute multiple findings at once by selecting the check box for all findings you want to Mute. Alternatively, click the Select All box to select all findings within the current view.
  2. Click the Mute Findings button.


The selected finding is Muted and now appears on the Muted Findings page.
