UnMuting an inventory object returns a previously muted object to the table of affected objects for a finding.
The unmuted inventory object appears within the Affected Objects table of a finding. This is useful when you want to view the potential issues associated with an object that was previously muted. A muted object does not appear within the affected object list of a finding.
- Click the Findings tab.
- Locate the object (vCenter Server, ESXi Host, etc.) that you want to UnMute.
- Hover your mouse-pointer over the object that you want to UnMute. An eye icon appears.
- Click the eye icon to UnMute the particular object.
The unmuted object now appears in the affected objects of a finding.
