vSphere Storage inventory details include object type, name, filesystem type, and solution tags.

The filesystem type includes VMFS, NFS, vSAN or VVOL.

You can also filter based on an object type. Select the check box next to the object type that you want to filter by, then click Apply.

Note:

Storage inventory details for vCenter Servers that have not been added to a Skyline Collector will not appear within Inventory.

To view Storage inventory details for vSphere, follow these steps:

Procedure

  1. Within Skyline Advisor, click the Inventory tab.
  2. Under Inventory (left-hand panel), click Storage.
  3. Click the right-arrowto expand a vCenter Server, and view storage inventory details.
