There are two service roles, Skyline Administrator and Skyline User.
Use Identity & Access Management within VMware Cloud Services to assign a service role to a user.

A Skyline Administrator has privileges to complete the following:
Add a Skyline Collector to the Cloud Services Organization.
DeRegister an Inactive Skyline Collector from the Cloud Services Organization.
Receive email notification when the Skyline Collector root password is about to expire.
Receive email notification when the Skyline Collector health status changes to an unhealthy status.
Receive email notification when the Skyline Collector requires an upgrade.
Opt-In or Opt-Out to sharing data relating to Secure Connect Gateway.
Link, or Unlink, Entitlement Accounts to/from the Cloud Services Organization.
Enable View Support Requests Raised by Team Members.

Skyline User |
A Skyline User cannot complete any of the actions listed within the Skyline Administrator service role. Explicity, a Skyline User cannot:
Add a Skyline Collector to the Cloud Services Organization.
DeRegister an Inactive Skyline Collector from the Cloud Services Organization.
Receive email notification when the Skyline Collector root Password is about to expire.
Receive email notification when the Skyline Collector health status changes to an unhealthy status.
Receive email notification when the Skyline Collector requires an upgrade.
Opt-In or Opt-Out to sharing data relating to Secure Connect Gateway.
Link, or Unlink, Entitlement Accounts to/from the Cloud Services Organization.
Enable View Support Requests Raised by Team Members.

Skyline Administrator and
