After you have validated your configuration, you should synchronize the topology in the ACM Domain Manager with the topology in the Global Manager to maintain an up-to-date representation of the topology and to avoid partial topologies. Examples of topology changes that should be synchronized are:
- Application tasks
- Application task checks
- Elements that you created manually with the Create Instance dialog box
Click the Synchronize Topology toolbar button in the Topology Builder Console to send your topology changes to the Global Manager, at which time the updates become available for analysis. The updates do not affect Smarts analysis locally or remotely until the topology is synchronized.
