The following tables list the types of elements managed by Application Connectivity Monitor and the faults or failures diagnosed for each element type.

Table Root-cause problems diagnosed by Application Connectivity Monitor lists the root-cause problems notified by Application Connectivity Monitor for each type of managed element.

The Managed Element column lists the name of the superclass, unless a particular application element has additional root causes defined for it. For example, the superclass SoftwareService is listed with the Down, Degraded, and Malfunction root causes. All subclasses of SoftwareService inherit these root causes.
