Set up the MPLS Management Suite

1. At MPLS_BASEDIR/smarts/bin, enter the following command:

   sm_edit conf/mpls-t/mpls.conf
   

2. There are two parameters, named:

   peek Vendor ~Alcatel
   #peek Vendor ~Alcatel
   

3. Enter the following command:

   sm_edit conf/mpls-t/mpls.conf
   

4. Locate the section, Instances of AM Server, and set the AM server name to the IP-Analysis server name. The VMware Smart Assurance MPLS Management Suite User Guide provides additional information.

5. Save and close the file.
