Alarms for objects with no associated repository objects

The Adapter sends alarms on objects that are not modeled in VMware Smart Assurance repositories. These are referred to as NOTARGET alarms. These alarms will be placed in the VMware Smart Assurance Notification Log, but they will not be associated with anything in VMware Smart Assurance. The NOTARGET alarms can be identified as alarms with Class names that start with SAMO- in the VMware Smart Assurance Notification Log. The Adapter alarm configuration file permits a different default value to be set for NOTARGET alarms than for alarms that have associated objects in VMware Smart Assurance.
