For installation of the Adapter to complete successfully, your system must be fully patched.

If the system detects that a patch is missing, it displays the message, “ERROR: Required OS patch is missing.” In response to this message:

  1. Click OK.
  2. Consult the Operating System Information window for a list of the missing patches.
  3. Install the one or more patches.
  4. Continue with the installation.
