Third-party software

The Adapter requires the installation of the Alcatel-Lucent 5620 Service Aware Manager (SAM) EMS server. Alcatel-Lucent 5620 Service SAM EMS server support is from NFM-P 17.9 to NFM-P 19.6.

Note:

Alcatel-Lucent 5620 Service Aware Manager (SAM) EMS server versions 17.9 and higher require that the ASAM 5620 Adapter is at 3.3.0.1 or higher.

The Adapter must be installed on a different host from the Alcatel-Lucent 5620 SAM EMS server, and may be on different hosts from the VMware Smart Assurance Domain Managers.
