VMware Smart Assurance Server Manager installation directory

In this document, the term BASEDIR represents the location where VMware Smart Assurance software is installed. This location is:

• UNIX

  /opt/InCharge/<product>

  The <product> represents the VMware Smart Assurance product. For example, on UNIX operating systems, the VMware Smart Assurance Server Manager is, by default, installed to /opt/InCharge/ESM/smarts.

  Optionally, you can specify the root of BASEDIR to be something other than /opt/InCharge/<product>, but you cannot change the <product> location under the root directory.
