Printing and logging

Messages that are printed by using the ASL print() built-in function are printed to each of the active logs in the Domain Manager process. There is no automatic translation of the message text. For example, if the message was obtained by calling getExternalString() by using a French locale, the message will appear both in the English log and the French log in French. The section “print() function” on page 88 provides additional information.
