Starting a Manager without the --dynamic option

If you start a Manager without the --dynamicoption, the following .ldm files will be loaded:

• BASEDIR/smarts/model /<config>

  The <config> refers to the configuration directory that is specified on the command line when the Domain Manager is started.

  In this example, a Global Manager is started without the --dynamic option. This example loads all of the .ldm files in BASEDIR/smarts/model /ics since ics is the configuration directory specified in the command line.
