Recommended action

Set the rigorousMACTest parameter to True in the <BASEDIR>/smarts/conf/discovery/tpmgr-param.conf file. The rigorousMACTest flag tests for duplicate MAC addresses of the devices.

The parameter can be set using one of the following commands:

./sm_tpmgr -s DCN-TSM-APM --load-conf=tpmgr-param.conf 

or

./dmctl -s DCN-TSM-APM-after get ICF_TopologyManager::ICF-TopologyManager | grep rigorousMACTest

Set the parameter and restart the server before further discovery.
