Per-device discovery for L3VPN

Per-device (Phase 2) discovery for L3VPN pertains to the discovery of L3VPN objects on a per-router or per-switch basis. During this phase of the L3VPN discovery process, the MPLS Topology Server creates instances of the following classes for each discovered routing device that is operating as a PE:

• RouteTarget
