Logs discovery messages

Whenever an MPLS discovery cycle completes, the MPLS Topology Server prints a report to its log file. The log file is named <MPLS Topology Server name>_en_US_UTF-8.log (for example, INCHARGE-MPLS-TOPOLOGY_en_US_UTF-8.log) and is located in the BASEDIR/smarts/local/logs directory. The VMware Smart Assurance System Administration Guide provides information about log file naming conventions.

In addition, the MPLS Monitoring Server and the MPLS Analysis Server each have a log file in the BASEDIR/smarts/local/logs directory.
