Example device entry for oid2type_Field.conf

The following example device entry field-certifies a load balancer:

The entry contains the system object ID (OID) of the load balancer device, followed by fields that describe the device. When this device is certified by VMware, Inc., the CERTIFICATION level will be set to CERTIFIED instead of TEMPLATE.
