When an EMS link failure occurs, the EMS and the TMF 814 Adapter cannot communicate with each other. This disconnect can be the result of an EMS issue or a TMF 814 Adapter issue. Depending on which component has caused the disconnect, you may or may not be able to retrieve events/alarms that occur during the downtime.
