• Object of type OpticalNetworkElement with the name "neName".

• Object of type Shelf to be created if the "PartOfShelf" relationship is to be created later.

• For an Equipment/Card containing another Equipment/Card, (mother card - daughter card) PartOfEquipment relationship needs to be explicitly created after creating both the Equipments/Cards.
