Mandatory Parameters

neName	String	Name of the Network Element in which the Equipment or Card resides.
rackAid	String	Access Identifier for the Rack within the network element. Uniquely identifies the Rack within OTM repository.
slotNumber	String	Access Identifier of the slot within the network element.
cardAid	String	Access Identifier for the Equipment or Card within the network element.
cardType	String	Type of card. Used to uniquely identify between multiple cards from the same vendor. This plays a role while constructing EquipmentProtectionGroup and CrossConnect Equipments or the Card equivalents.
