This API is used to find an object representing the physical input port in the WDM Network Element. There is no such class as InputPort. The term is used symbolically to represent any of the following Classes to which findNInputPort can return a reference:

  • TransponderInOcnPort

  • MuxInOchPort

  • MuxInOmsPort

  • AmpInOmsPort

  • AmpInOtsPort

  • DemuxImOmsPort

  • AmpInOscPort

  • TransponderInOchPort

  • OscInOscPort
