WDM impact notification

The end-to-end connections in WDM networks correspond to the physical links between SONET/SDH devices whose data the WDM network is carrying.When a failure occurs in a WDM network, all of the end-to-end connections that depend on the failed element lose connectivity. The Optical Transport Manager for WDM creates notifications on these end-to-end connections, and uses these notifications to cross-correlate with SONET/SDH failures.
