ClientTrails and ClientCircuits are supported for WDM. The ClientCircuits are the end-to-end circuits that traverse the WDM domain. The ClientTrails are the trails that are used to carry the ClientCircuits. ClientTrails can also carry TopologicalLinks.

A single ClientCircuit or TopologicalLink can ride over multiple ClientTrails.

Failures in the WDM domain will propagate to the ClientTrails and then to the ClientCircuit or TopologicalLink, thus tying root cause to service impact.
