  XD Manager OTM to IP analysis, in conjunction with Service Assurance Manager, is:

• Root cause: IP edge Router Card or Optical card Down

• Impacts:

  • DropSideTopologicalLink Down (for SDH, PDH, WDM-NG)

  • FiberLink Down (for WDM)

  • Circuit ServiceUnavailable
