Perform these steps when Connections cannot be established with the Smarts Presentation service issue observed.
Procedure
- Login to the machine where Smarts Presentation SAM is installed and check the status of presentation SAM service.
- Verify if the Smarts Presentation service is available and running.
- Smarts Presentation service is available and running, ensure no firewalls are running between the machine where presentation SAM and Eventstore is installed.
- Ensure that you have given correct Smarts Presentation SAM and port details during installation if no firewalls are running between the machine where presentation SAM and Eventstore is installed.
