When the VMware Smart Assurance GUI is run as a Web Console, important debugging information is written to the Sun Java Plug-in Console. When the GUI stops responding but Internet Explorer continues to run (for example, if the web browser window goes blank), it is helpful to capture the contents of the Sun Java Plug-in console.
