TSM hook script

At the end of a topology split and assuming that the IsTSMHookEnabled configuration parameter is TRUE, the Topology Split Manager runs the TSM hook script. The TSM hook script is a mechanism by which one-minute polling, proxy device management, and HSRP/VRRPGroup management information is transferred from the Topology Split Manager to the IP Availability Managers.
