Business Impact Manager configuration tasks

In order for VoIP Availability Manager to associate discovered VoIP topology with BIM service offerings, you need to set the EnableBIMIntegration parameter to TRUE in the voip.conf file located in the BASEDIR/smarts/conf/voip directory.
